Exhibitor
Guidelines

Due
to continued postal increases over the years, we must take
a firm stance on requiring a SASE (SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED
ENVELOPE) or an e-mail address so that we can send you the
Exhibitor Information letter for the shows that you have sent
applications for. Failure to do one or the other will result
in your not receiving the letter.
No
check-in permitted until payment is made.
First
time applicants must submit 3 slides or pictures of their
work and 1 of display.
For outdoor
shows, tents must be of professinal design such as EZ-Up,
Craft Hut, etc. No picnic style, striped, tarps, or other
non-manufactured tents allowed. Tents must be white or cream-colored.
Proper weights/anchors must be utilized for all outdoor shows.
All tables
are to be covered on all four sides to the ground with cloth
fabrics.No
tablecloths, bed sheets or plastic of any kind permitted.
Applications
must be submitted with an SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope)
Applications
are to be filled out completely, signed & dated. Do this for
EACH show for which you are applying.
First
time exhibitors must pay for the first show in full. Subsequent
shows and former exhibitors may submit deposits of at least
$25 for each show payable no later than at check-in. No check-in
permitted until payment is made.
Fees/deposits
are non-transferable and/or non-refundable less than 30 days
prior to show.
Buy/sell,
imports, manufactured clothing and/or kits are excluded from
all Broken Mold shows. Unrelated multiple work in one booth,
(i.e., woodwork and jewelry) is not permitted. Related work
must receive prior permission from the Broken Mold.
Exhibitors
are required to stay open for the duration of the advertised
hours of the show. Breakdown and moving in of vehicles is
not allowed until end of show.
All directives
of the Broken Mold or its manager in charge shall be followed
without exception. Failure to comply will result in immediate
expulsioin from that event with no refund and exclusioin from
all future Broken Mold shows.
Applications
accepted by the Broken Mold imply consent and agreement by
the exhibitor to all of the above guidelines.
THE BROKEN
MOLD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT AND/OR REJECT ANY WORK
OR ANY EXHIBITOR FOR ANY REASON.
